The milestones for the Airguide performance rights are as follows:
20% issued at $30 million fully diluted market capitalisation;
30% issued at $60 million fully diluted market capitalisation;
50% issued at $100 million fully diluted market capitalisation

Given that the market capitalisation of the Company prior to today’s capital raise was approximately $12 million, the Board considers that the milestones listed above are closely aligned with shareholders’ interests.

Same, I made of lot of 'rookie' & 'newbie' mistakes on AGY and AVZ which cost me big $$$ and I won't be doing that on WFE.
