Everyone here is free to express their views positively or negatively about the company including the management. The negative views on management from a reasonable holder should be taken as a form of "urge on" for the management to work harder and smarter rather than whinging or rants as some labelled. Often the holders express negative opinions receive comments like "if not happy just sell and move on" or "this share is not for you"...
However, people making these comments have forgotten why we are all investing our hard earned money in a high risk spec company called TON, it is because we all see the potential future value of the assets held in the company, we all hope the management can unlock the asset value and deliver the results so that the SP will rise. If current management can't look after the SP, then holders have every rights to raise their voices in the forum. If the management reads this forum, any reasonable negative comments on them are really just a mirror for them to check out themselves if anywhere has gone wrong.
I do hope management knows what they are doing and all shareholders can eventually benefit from increase of SP. GLTAH!
