It is no surprise that things are starting to heat up now.
GM is on 27-Mar 10am AEST - so excluding today, there are only 3 trading sessions to get set.
IMO there will be an initial re-rate on the passing of the acquisition as it completely eliminates what little risk there is.
Also - this is probably missed by many, but in the Notice of Meeting, they say this:
CFDA Application Lodgement in April 2018
Given BUBs mkt cap went up 150m in the 2(ish) weeks following its lodgement of their CFDA application, one can reasonably expect the same reaction here...
They are telling us it is expected to be lodged in April.
150m mkt cap is approx. 30c... (This is now much their Mkt cap INCREASED)
So - again - if the same reaction happens here as to what happened with BUBs, our SP should increase by 30c by late April/Early May (depending on when the application is lodged).
Joining these dots, its no wonder IMO why the scramble has started.
