AJ...with the cushion he's got on $14 cobalt and scandium not included, RF probably could dictate the DFS to his secretary if he wanted to.
"Oh no. We can't show negative costs, people will freak out. Lower the cobalt price to $14, then run the numbers again. Yeah, I know cobalt is $40. It's OK.. Nickel C1 costs in the high $3s are plenty good enough. And for crissakes keep the scandium outta there, and leave the hundred mil for contingencies."
