Ann: Dotz Nano Board Changes, page-17

Yes... the company has been too quiet for too long and here is just some board changes. Could of taken the time to provide a company update regarding the plant and or commercial deals progress.

I can understand that one of the directors has Israel connections so that make sense, however Mr Bullwinkle interest me as too why come to this tech company?

Oh well, time is running out for management to pull the pen out and sign some deals, no performance shares, unless these appointments were conditional to any deals? (some investors like to have their foot in the door so to speak with companies they invest in).

Definitely object to any further application by the board or extension to free performance shares... they only get shares if they actually "perform".

Will give this company till the end of April before I start making some phone calls and emails.

GLTA, don't take my tone above as negative, I'm all for DTZ and have great faith and see massive potential, but I do however have a distaste for lack of performance.
