    Well,

    Very interesting.

    The Noble Group (SGX:NOBL) the leading shareholder of TTY who also happened to sign a major contract with PMA a few months back to buy all the Vanadium for the life of the mine. All being shipped to China. Production to commence December 2008.

    Noble Group may decide to go all the way using TTY as the vehicle.

    Any other thoughts?
