Or they are just opportunists. Miners generally are optimistic. Remember mlm had sconi for a long time and did multiple studies on this. Only reason we are here now is because of the cobalt price which is why I keep banging on about the price. Also with the samples, I’m assuming extracting cobalt is a well established process. Samples should be good.
