By impartiality, I mean, they dont have to act in the interests of all shareholders, they can do what they like with their shares if they are removed. Up until now, they have had their hands tied anyway. Not being able to be involved in the takeover because of their interests in FAS.
Hardly rubbish. More than likely, another 10% to FAS.
