It’s easy to grow when you are giving away your services for free. Much harder to get paid a reasonable price for what you are doing.
Recent anouncements show BIG is producing videos without any committment from customers to buy them.
The only surprising thing I have read recently is how hard the sales team have to work to get customers to agree to have a video made, even when they have no committment to buy. Maybe the small business customers know that nothing is really free. It appears in this case it really is free for the customer, shareholders are paying.
