12c shares and 18c options
IMO, they are unable to raise the $15m on their terms and need to negotiate with the big boys
Too many options at 2c and 3c and 10c and others at various prices for big boys to risk paying 12c today
The share registry cannot be ignored when asking for capital
Tremendous result if they can raise as per Mondays AFR article
