cut off date for demerger and consolidation, page-3

Is it likely then, that after the cut off date, but before the demerger & consolsoidation takes effect, that all ADY shares acquired will only be in ADY and only subject to consolidation. (i.e no RLL shares issued) Or will there be a trading halt for a period to enable the consolidation and demerger to take effect. I'm relatively new at this and haven't seen anything like it before. I thought people would be falling over themselves trying to pick up this stock for the lithium side alone. When you factor in the Iron Ore, I'm puzzled why the share price isn't higher.....
