also in regards to relisting for official quotation, I believe that the only hurdle now is an agm/egm and should after such and on the next day be all done.
I am basing this on a similar situation to CSD as TON found themselves in and the process they went through. it is a requirement to hold an AGM every year and there is harsh penalties even as far as jail, last one held by CSD was 3rd march 2016.
