Nursery, I'd prefer to discuss this privately but you were 100% correct, no matter the quality of the resource or mktg strategy it will not overcome poor execution/mgt. I was mistaken to overlook that, focused on the bigger picture.
And I sincerely don't think your efforts were in vain, certain Board members & others of influence agreed, and I believe AL was very specifically recruited as the first step in NC's structured departure.
We'll never know how much influence you and your group had but I'm sure it was a positive one, and resonated with the right people, so big thnx for that.
