simrose, I did READ the post. However, if you make criminal allegations against someone in a public forum, regardless of if you add "it's just my opinion." You are still accountable, and are still open to charges of slander if the person or persons in question were to lay charges. Unless of course you can prove that what you have written is in fact, true.
I'd hate to see anyone in this forum end up before a court, regardless of what their views are on the takeover.
