sixpack, as I have mentioned before, I have no connection with the directors or major shareholders of either FAS or GWR, I did attend a social event as a guest of a friend,at which several of them where present, but I did not engage in conversation with them in any matter regarding either GWR or FAS, In fact at the time I did not hold any shares in either company.
Calling me before a court would be a waste of time, as I have no inside knowledge of either company, But as you claim you would willingly testify, it would appear that you do have some insider knowledge that you think could be relevant. Would this make you a director? or do you have access to insider information? or perhaps a disgruntled former employee?
I don't wish to crucify anyone, I just think Kingwal is taking a great risk to make such accusations in a public forum unless he can back it up with fact. like I said in my earlier post I'd hate to see anyone end up with charges laid against them for slander, regardless of how they feel about the takeover.
Everything will come out in the wash in time, it is upto Asic and the federal police to decide if there is any wrong doing, it is not up to the individual to put forth speculation and inuendo in a public forum where the integrity of others can be questioned without proof.
I hope this clarifies my position somewhat.
