With a strip ratio of 4:1 you need to dig 5 tons of dirt to get 1 ton of ore, so I am not sure this 800kt is concentrate or dirt? If it's 800kt of concentrate you need to dig up way more than 5 tons of dirt to get 1 ton of concentrate taking grade and recovery in.
