As I understand, it means an increase of about 57% in the amount of Li2O metal (lithium oxide) at Mt C with further exploration being done to push this even further.

They're also refining their extraction processes even further with the likes of optical sorters, which speed things up as well as increasing the overall quality of the final product going on the boats.

So basically a sign saying "Here's some really good news, and we should have lots of little packages of good news to come throughout the year."
