what is it with these countries?
This is akin to perpetuation of familial dynasties rather than talent or commitment to a cause. Surely in these vastly populated countries there must be a wealth of talent available with ready experience.
Obviously political families are revered for reasons unknown to our political nuances.
Has money got to do with it? After all there is often the stench of corruption following these people.

What wordly experiences has a 19 year old in the real world? I even voted labor (Gough) when i was 19! Mind you I had a little thing called the conscription draft coming up and he had promised to abolish it!
