Sometimes I wonder if it is an asset strip. I mean this is pure speculation but I do sometimes wonder.
The company had heaps of cash then the founder CEO gone???
Abandoned research altogether.
They gave away the old assets for no outlay, like not even interested, value it at $1, even the ATM programme half subsidised. Not interested.
Bought an asset from Gennetech but also newly formed Glioblast some how seem to be paid a lot for some pretty vague stuff. No KMP there. Plus the main beneficiary dumping all his shares at a very short escrow with plenty to come.
I mean if you were going to assets strip legally how would about go about it?
Look up the story on a company called Valeant.
The mystery is why anyone is buying at the moment at all. Still one very big fish got hooked on Valeant too and lost $4B. Not really an indicator.
I hope this is not true.
On a separate note.
As for the Kelly's rainmaker skills they are sorely missed. Maybe Hishenk give him a call along with a few shareholders and reinstate him. It's the only way to keep this thing going that I can think of. How can you start trials with only 7 months runway.
This is why I think its a buy pure intuition.
