This is a very good buying opportunity into CNP atm IMO with an opportunity to make a lot of money.

I actually drove past a few brand new Centro properties whilst on holidays recently and I must say they did look very sharp - there is plenty of capital gain for the Company, I would like to see some early 2008 Valuations.

I wouldn't be surprised to see some manipulation on low volume over the next few weeks tho.

Centro certainly have some high powered (and I am sure highly paid) Consultants on the job. I also just read somewhere that Trump (the King of debt) just secured a new Billion Dollar line of credit for his Casino's, and I would like to think Centro are in a much better position to secure finance than Trump is.
