Stom, You assert that he did not "qualify" for a trial under the US mainland court system. Sorry but if you are suggesting that nationality is an issue you are quite wrong. Nationality is not a prerequisite for appearing before a US or for that matter an Australian Court. It happens everyday. Still waiting for you to explain the hearsay rule in other jurisdictions I'd like to hear it from you. I take your point about self enlightenment but equally I like to hear the views of others.
