You are right to be cautious, this is the spec end of the market. If your old man is experienced in resources, ask him about 1) Mark Creasy, and 2) Massive sulfides. It's the "massive" part you should be interested in! Nothing to do with size, by the way!
Ps. I felt exactly the same as you did when I read the first drilling report put out by SIR (Mark Creasy) 10 years ago, and did nothing! Big mistake!
