LOL seriously this is a ridiculous statement. ASIC will say absolutely nothing. All these people who complain to asic about share prices going up too much are the worst kind.
Soooo many shares increase in price in the small cap landscape, its normal.
SCU went from 3cents to 95 cents in 2 days and then back down to 7 cents a week later and ASIC did F@#k all.
Also cobalt prices are through the roof, perhaps that coupled with the resource upgrade has something to do with the SP movement.
