i pointed out you cant be against the consolidation but for the rising share price that occurs in part because there's a tighter register without being hypocritical .

im not disagreeing that you were against consolidation. im pointing out the consolidation gave you a benefit you were very happy about at the time

i can guarantee you one of the conditions of the insto raise initially would have been to tighten the register - the base effect means those getting set in prime 'underwriting' positions almost always demand that if they are going to fund a recapitalisation

and the reliance of companies on those funds give the key investors the upper hand in setting terms.
