No argument with you that these announcements have been expected.
Just sometimes the sheer quantum of the share price movement and volumes traded does fall outside of what might be expected.
I am just trying to understand how these people do it. Everyone knows that some announcement is expected, but some people seem to have this extraordinary knack to suddenly step into the market with confidence, and pay up well above the recent trading range just BEFORE an announcement is made.
How do they do it? Just curious.
I obviously have moved on from COB a long time ago, but I thought HotCopper is an investor forum where people discuss stocks, not one where you tell people who are of a different view to your own not to speak up.
