Why do people only look through rose colored glasses?
Rudel has an amazing record and he probably thought he was doing it for his country and doing the right thing.
I abhor what Hitler did, but most people in Germany where only informed with Nazi propaganda.
There are plenty of other instances that we can look at innocent people being killed. How about:
The bombings of Dresden and other German cities
The detonation of Nuclear bombs in Japan
The systematic murder of Aborigials in Australia
The catholic inquisition
More recent
Genocide in Serbia, Sudan, Rwanda
