Which I think they will, as I too think 'they' are trying to keep ppl under that amt so they can buy up- but with an hour to go, if they want in before Wed morning - they will need to make a move in the next 45-50 minutes.

Since the BRR the openings have all been strong ones and I don't doubt Wed will be too.
