I like ours just fine aside from the overweight given to the crims rights.
I think that the legal system which is really enshrined in antiquity and one that moves rather pondorulsy has not adapted nearly quickly enough to deal with the threats posed by these groups. The existential threat is such that the old ways simply are not effective.

Again I keep coming back to the notion that these vermin want to extract each and evevy skerrick of protection and manouverability from our system and yet they abhor it. They seek to overthrow it
Hence I see no reason why we should play by the Rules of Marksbury when they dont.
