CNP just may be able to convince some of the lenders to take up an equity position in the most sort after properties for a reduction in the debt now owning.
Not talking about the short term lenders.......they need their cash back....thats why they are called "short Term" Im sure the major 1st mortgage lenders will be happy to take a further slice of the pie by taking a JV type equity position without losing their 1st mortgage status.......
Some of u keep yabbering on about a "fire sale" but dont seem to know what they are or how they actually work
