    The whole problem is that CNP always hides its true gearing ratios, even after all the banks have refused to refinance it any more.

    Banks would never refuse to refinance anyone with a gearing ratio under 60%, which CNP always told us it does. LOL!!

    But the reality is that all banks don't think in ways CNP claimed and refused its refinancing.

    FIRE SALE by 15/2/2008! Or what else?
