Did you not understand the anouncement at all? Crushing and grinding to 100um is not DSO, my friend. DSO would be digging it up and chucking it on a truck. What IXR have is what's called a magnetic separation plant, WITH an added copper flotation circuit AND a pyrtie stripping circuit. It's hardly DSO, and with the amount of buggerising around to get the crud (apatite) out, it's hardly "little processing".
Look to a AUD$60-80M capex bill and a (short) 12-18 month build time, after they get their EPA approved. Mining in 12 months, I've heard it all before...but a flotation plant called DSO is utter caca.
