Forget REIWA (even though their data are based on actual sales)
API has had it right every year, particularly for Bertram which is forecast for an increase in 2008 and was picked in the API top 100 for 2008. DYOR...especialy with regards major infrastructure development plans for the location.
But you just keep waiting for the fall rolol....
