Say yes to vote NO to the scheme.

If what the board said in those quarterly/ annual reports about the turnaround is working, then boardrider is telling lies.

If the turnaround has not been working and therefore the scheme is good, then the board is telling lie.

Both sides are as untrustworthy and their pockets are fattened at the expense of smaller shareholders, we SHOULD NOT let them get away with ease!

Everyone of us stand up and say no, we should fight for our rights.
