    Credit is drying up as banks now tightening lending criteria. This is causing all to suffer. In a booming market their is no sales skill, it sells itself from a universal and known re.com.au portal and at a subsequent auction. This is now drying up.

    Property is merely a function of credit which is now constrained.

    Expect the RE and property industry to suffer now. It can’t last forever.
