Stayso54, that is the most ridiculous argument I have ever seen, what KZA did was chase NOX for trying to welch in on a drug that was not patented, but belonged to the same bloodlines that KZA had a patented drug in, if KZA were wrong why did NOX give us 5% of their holdings and made that with no change for at least two years? we just increased outr worth by virtue of your last cash raise, so thank you.
You certainly need a reality check here, KZA were well within their rights to chase this and NOX paid up accordingly, so don't try to distort the facts here, everything that KZA has is patented, so don't try and tell us that a drug that isn't patented hold the most value, that is just crap and you know it.
