West End is great spot. brisbane is forecast to outperform all others. I own a place in Paddington. bought it a few years ago. paddington and west end were named as hotspots for 07. All suburbs performed though. I'd say you are sitting pretty where you are. I intend to hold for 2 more years and maybe offload then.
