Company board just needs to follow some basic rules.
Don't incur accounts unless they are willing to follow the terms of payments.
Stop wasting money paying solicitors delaying creditors.
If you enter into JV agreement honour it.
Keep the shareholders who are part owners fully informed .
Be a good corporate citizen.
Some very basic rules to follow.
This company needs to rebuild trust in the business community.
If you don't follow this, you will be attacked and their always someone bigger to take you on and win
I do hope this company can turn things around and give the shareholders a good return. They need it especially what they been through.
If the shares return on the exchange, then ASX feel confident the company solvent.
Based on recent posts they advised listing any day.
