Take the sell amount - and only buys up to that volume go at that price before moving up to next sell level.
Once you tip over, even by one share, it changes level and all go through at that price.
So the 90,000 sell at 29 are taken by bidders at 30 and 29.5 with 1782 still required, meaning it moves up to 29.5 open with 441782 still available at 29.5.
