Charl...OK, so you foresee SKI having 19.9% equity for $65 mil, bearing the construction risk, say for loans of $700 mil or so, and buying 100% of the production for $5 billion.
And you see big profit for AUZ holders.
The problem I am worried about is that they can just buy the company for $280 million and get the
$5 billion off take for C1 costs. Your scenario has them bearing the construction risk anyway.
Why wouldn't they just acquire the company at an advantageous price and
pocket the margin on the $5 billion offtake ?
