I have seen you post what are clearly well thought out matters elsewhere... why on earth would you consider posting that any foreign company could simply buy AUZ for the current MC as though there were not other issues that would prevent it. That is not the standard of thinking I have seen you demonstrate elsewhere (eg. on CLQ threads).

Sure, if SKI wanted to, they could own 19% of the company... then grind it down into the dirt over a period of a couple of years in the hope the SP would be so low they can scoop it up cheap. It is a high risk play and quite unlikely to deliver them results.

Mean time, they run the risk of not having the materials required for their new battery plant, and another company scooping up AUZ instead. Lose : Lose : Lose

Occam's razor instead of conspiracy theory tells me SKI are seeking to both support AUZ in ramping up to production, and secure it's investment from takeover by having ~ 20% of the company.
