This announcement to me is says that this is not a small picture property sell-off, it's actually a big picture review of all options, including:-

1. Re-capitalisation
2. Equity Issuance
3. Acquisition of Centro
4. Acquisition of the Groups interest in its Australian, US & wholesale funds

"Centro has received a significant number of unsolicited expressions of interest from a range of strategic and financial Investors in potential investments in the Group and certain of our assets."

So, now they are soliciting in the nicest of ways - lol! It will be interesting to see the deadline for responses and those responses.
