    Guys , i don't think you realise for the company to be in play , it would not be sold below NTA say $3-50 . The board couldn't recondmend it and the shareholders & funds holding wouldn't support it .Just because some shareholders pannicked out at $1 , doesn't mean those holding value it at that .
