what a load of hogwash.....why do u morons keep carping on about a fire sale?

They have asked suitable "investors" to present themselves and their offers or interest if any.

There is no doubt whatsoever there will be plenty of interest in their very good properties, mainly in AUS

They can be sold at market or above market value depending upon interest in these high quality, excellent income producing assets.

CNP are having refinance issues........due to the short term lenders....not their assets or income.

And doesn't mean stock needs to be sold off at
    "fire sale" prices

The assets are not the problem......the refiancne of short term debt is.

There is more than one way to repay this debt......and a fire sale is not one of them.

See you all at $2 in February if not earlier.

And those that think CNP's debt ratio is at 90%....

that would then indicate that the lenders were lending at 90% on commercial/retail establishments??

Good luck and I repeat.....see u all at $2 plus
