Front runner would have to be the same designer/constructor of Sally Malay and simply the best plant upgraders in the business IMO. They would do this with their eyes closed with some of the best base metal process metallurgists in the business of design and commissioning. Would work well with Kwan on CPS as they know this process well.
Stay tuned....Guisseppe has started a new process engineering business and the complete talented crew of loyal engineers, drafters and project managers has left where they were and followed him again.
Just guessing but they are very active in this specialist niche engineering area. They also have the resources on tap and capability.
If the plant upgrade goes ahead I will ring them personally and tell them to register to bid. With them on board success would be assured.
lol....I should go back and work for them :)
