I'm sorry @john12 but how does this relate to what Jack is doing? Jack can't control when the CE mark will be granted. He can only influence the probability of a successful submission by proving the efficacy of the product which Jack has done fabulously well with all the clinical studies he carried from many reputable organisations. In this sporting context of yours, the problem with medibio now is that it has a team but it couldn't compete because they are waiting for the league to approve their registration, while other teams continue playing and medibio is falling behind from it.
Furthermore, Jack has done alot more than Kris Knaur has achieved in 1 year. So maybe we should wait to see if he able to obtain CE approval? If he fails to do so, then maybe we can discuss on him stepping down. =]
