Thanks mate, had a read - I believe any disussion/argument about the territory borders between us & the Indos would have zero effect on the treaty between us & TL
If it does eventuate it would be years of conciliation than highly likely arbitration - and have zero effect on TL (and development in their territory). The Perth agreement while not signed off would be hard to argue against in the world court as standing up to a "nod of the heads" agreement between the two countries.
