The biggest problem here is that CNP caught the Insto's and heavy weights off-guard.....they have lost dearly on the back of it. As a result, its more likely then not that they will turn their back to CNP and take their funds to a more credible group with no dead bodies.
This said, why will o/seas bidders look at a company which has had it's reputation torn to pieces and made so public?....unless this is done at much lower prices?
CNP is currently trading at fair value, IMO?
1 more slip-up (or no bidders) will see it's sp fall into a heap, IMO?
Currently short CER & CNP.
