    Thanks for your support 618. I guess the nick 'phuket' says it all but for some reason he follows me around from thread to thread making inane statements. Go figure, whatever turns you on I suppose.

    As to your comments before I take on what you say. I in fact agree with most of what you say. It is in my view the changing situation in the US economy that has brought this on and played Centro's hand. But in my view this is because of their high debt ratio as their income as far as I know is able to meet repayments. I am a property investor and small business owner and know all about the problems attaining a loan because of 'perceived' issues with ability to meet repayments regardless of your equity position.

    As I have always stated I a of the view that Centro will survive but as a shadow of its former self. Where its shareprice will sit after all this is open to conjecture.
