It certainly looks promising.
There is a clear break above the down trend line which has been in place for almost three months and the Daily MACD has had a positive x-over.
Above the 10 day moving average. If it closes above the 10 day MA today, that will be the first time in about six weeks.
OBV still weak.
But, given the general carnage in the market today, INL's showing has been very positive.
Not something to bet the house on yet - but the outlook is improving after weeks of pessimism.
