Hard to say that they are not doing just that, they say in the absence of a better offer, surely if it's as good as we all say, the market is savvy enough to also see that and make a better offer. Directors have not acted inappropriately as I see it, I doubt any regulators would see anything wrong, but I guess it depends, if someone has evidence of inappropriate actions then they will need to produce it.
